With over 35 years of teaching experience, I am a proficient Educator who has worked within both public and private sectors. I have gained experience working with a variety of employers, including private tutoring companies, Nassau BOCES, Nassau Community College, and various municipalities in New York such as hospitals, Civil Service Employees Unions, Social Services, and alternative education programs, with international students also amongst my clientele.

I am certified in both Elementary Education and Special Education, in addition to possessing a Masters degree in Education with a Minor in Assessment and Treatment of Children who face significant problems in Reading. Furthermore, I am proficient in Spanish and have been tutoring students of all ages, including adults, for over 25 years. I am also a skilled ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher with over 20 years of experience working with adults who desire to improve their English conversation and writing skills.

As a teacher who values the development of tailored curriculums, I take pleasure in adapting teaching methods to the specific needs of each student, whether they are school-aged pupils or employed adults. I enjoy experimenting with innovative techniques in my field and thinking “outside the box” to explore the possibilities of education.

For your convenience, I am located in Florida but have the capability to provide remote tutoring if necessary.
