About
Dear Athletic Adventurers,I am thrilled to introduce the Athletic Adventurer programs to you! Our aim is to empower individuals of all ages to be physically capable and adventurous in spirit. Join me in the pursuit of improving your mobility and confidence to engage in new sports and activities.
Athletic Adventurer was established to assist people in developing their athletic movement skills and boosting their self-esteem. As a child, I was not athletically gifted, and my family was mostly sedentary. Playing sports or attempting any physical activity usually ended with me getting hit in the face with the ball. Consequently, I believed that sports weren't for me. As an adult, I frequented the gym, but it quickly became monotonous. I sought new, entertaining training regimens and activities, and, after much exploration, I became a personal trainer.
Through hard work, research, and practice, I discovered the tools necessary to improve my movement skills and those of my clients. By honing our visual skills, balance skills, strength training, and rhythm, we not only develop athletic movements, but we provide ourselves with pain-free mobility for our daily activities. Now that I better understand how my body operates, I have the confidence to try new sports and activities without fear of embarrassment. By mastering your movement skills, your body can become capable of things that you hadn't considered before, leaving you feeling more confident and ready to explore new areas of athleticism.
At Athletic Adventurer, there is no age-limit when it comes to practicing your skill-set and movement. I am excited to embark on this journey with you and guide you in exploring your capabilities. It's time to ditch the pain and stiffness and embrace an adventurous spirit when it comes to sports, training, and physical activities.

I am delighted and feel honored to recommend M.I.S. Cassandra Fitness (Cassandra) as a personal trainer. Cassandra trains my ten and eleven-year-old children, and I on some occasions join the training sessions.
Cassandra is an ambitious and empathetic individual, always punctual and flexible, depending on my children's ever-changing needs while staying committed to her work. She is sociable and organized, always striving to enhance her knowledge for the clients' betterment. Cassandra places training as her top priority, knowing that consistency, good habits, and follow-through are key to achieving better fitness among other admirable qualities.
Cassandra goes beyond the typical effort in making sure both of my children are fully engaged and involved in their workout sessions. She even visited my son's karate studio to tailor his workouts to his needs and preferences!
