Germaine proved to be a pleasant, punctual, and meticulous exterminator who took the time to clarify the treatments he employed. Despite the fact that the infestation was fairly minor, Germaine ensured that it was completely eradicated to prevent it from escalating. Furthermore, he returned for a complementary follow-up after 2 weeks to provide additional treatment. While I would not hesitate to hire Germaine's services again, I sincerely hope that I never have to.
