On Thursday, I had a conversation with Ben and scheduled an appointment for Monday. Despite being delayed by 15 minutes, he notified me via text message. I am extremely pleased with the caliber of his work. He assured me that the weld would hold, or he would fix it free of charge. He displays a great deal of expertise in his profession and comes across as affable.
