Ken and his team accomplished an excellent feat by exterminating the concealed termites in my duplex. Undoubtedly, they proved to be the finest termite company there is. Despite receiving two other bids, Ken's rates were $800-$1,000 lower than those of his competitors. Furthermore, the quality of work performed was exceptional.

After excusing himself for being a tad late, Ken arrived at the house. Personally, it doesn't bother me if someone is running behind schedule, as long as they give me a courtesy call letting me know they're en route. Therefore, I was very pleased with Ken's professionalism for doing so. He was kind and showed great respect, conducting a thorough inspection of the premises. I was particularly impressed with his work ethic and demeanor, and would absolutely recommend him as a termite inspector.
