Adi's

Adi proved to be unscrupulous after I hired him for two jobs. The first job was at a residence in New Britain where he inspected the boiler and determined that the pilot needed to be ignited. After getting the heat running, I paid him through Venmo since he stated he didn't accept CrackerJack payments. However, he later demanded cash. For the second job at a house in Wethersfield, Adi conducted a diagnostic and I paid him another $100 via Venmo. However, he's now requesting $600 in cash to fix the issue. His reasoning being that Venmo is monitored and he wants to avoid taxes. Besides, he refused to provide an invoice for the first job, and his communication was unprofessional and unacceptable. Frankly, I feel repulsed for having allowed him access to my house.

Although it's not quite the dead of winter, some chilly nights have hit us. Unfortunately, my heating system stopped working last night and despite contacting several 24-hour companies, none were able to assist me straight away. Thankfully, Adi reached out to me via the app and was able to diagnose the issue with my boiler, providing me with guidance on how to fix it. I am extremely grateful for his help, particularly as I have a newborn at home and cannot afford to have a cold house overnight. Previously, Harp serviced my unit, however, in my experience, they have not been dependable. As a result, I plan to enlist Adi to look after the maintenance and repairs of my system moving forward. It's crucial to work with those who prioritize assisting others, rather than just making a profit. Adi proved that he is a gem, and I will gladly recommend him to my friends.
