It was an absolute pleasure to work with Nick. I had to find a new piano technician because my former tech had closed down. Due to various reasons, my piano had not been tuned for a very long time. Nick was very helpful in explaining my options and making sure I knew what to expect. He spent a significant amount of time bringing my piano back to tune and almost back to standard pitch. I am happy to schedule a follow-up in the summer to complete the process. Besides the tuning, Nick noticed a few minor issues with the piano lid and case that I had overlooked. He has an excellent eye for detail, and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking quality work at a reasonable cost. Sincerely, John D. West Akron.
