WARNING TO BUYERS - I hired this company in September to install my holiday lights. During the first half of December, I was unable to reach them and they unexpectedly arrived late at night on December 17th, without notice or prior announcement. It was a frightening and unusual experience. I requested that they leave the lights on my property once they were removed, as I planned to use them next December with the help of a professional installer, at a more reasonable time and with advance notice to avoid traumatizing my young children. To ensure that this happened, I told them that I would only pay the remaining invoice balance when the lights were removed and returned. However, they took the lights without my permission and are now refusing to return them unless I pay in cash. If only I had known who I was dealing with, I would never have turned my wonderful holiday lights into a nightmare! Don't be deceived by their smooth sales pitch as I was.
