I had a great experience with the carpet cleaning service. The technician called ahead and was only a few minutes late, being very considerate of my toddler's allergies by using strong natural cleaners that were safe. He was able to remove tough stains that other companies couldn't and took the time to ensure the carpet was completely clean and allergen-free. With three dogs and boys in the house, the cleaning was much needed and I'm grateful. Speaking with the boss beforehand also made me feel confident in my choice. J2 did an exceptional job by cleaning the tile counters, tile floors (LARGE kitchen and 2 bathrooms), hardwood hallways, entryway, and family room.
