Jimmy, Michael, and Jason were amazing! They arrived on time and provided an honest estimate for the repair's duration. Despite my children's constant questioning, they remained patient. Their quality of work is exceptional. Unfortunately, the air handler's safety switch was engaged during our first night with the new system, causing it to turn off. I reached out to customer service, and they dispatched a technician to fix it at 10 pm promptly. I have nothing but positive things to say about Arcadia Air! Thank you, gentlemen!

Arcadia Air exceeded my expectations with their responsiveness, even sending a technician over at 10:00 PM on a weekend. The owner was also incredibly understanding and helpful regarding our situation. Despite my initial dread at having to fix my air conditioning unit after it shut down on a Friday, Arcadia Air was highly punctual, prompt in answering questions, and friendly throughout the process. I will definitely be relying on their services for any future needs with my air conditioning unit.
