The state of my yard was quite chaotic, with towering five to six foot saplings littering the backyard and the side yards overrun with weeds and wisteria vines. It was an ordeal to even find someone willing to take on the task. However, the individual I finally found expertly cleared out the area single-handedly and rejuvenated the entire yard. Our project included the removal of overgrown brush, small saplings, trimming a large branch hovering over our roof, grading a hillside, removing an old basketball goal, as well as cleaning up debris such as limbs and brush, and large tree removal. Despite not offering stump grinding, Temple Tree Services was helpful in outsourcing and scheduling services for our project. And, thanks to Zack, he was able to get us a great deal! Constructive Criticism: As we added extra services to our project, we would have appreciated it if expectations had been updated and defined on an updated paper contract. Clear communication is crucial to any project, and we felt that we could benefit from improved communication in this regard. Zack was always responsive whenever we had questions or required updates. He is honest and transparent, but we would have preferred if we could document discussions on paper.
