Within an hour of my call, Ed promptly arrived and evaluated our problem. He provided a quote within 30 minutes, and conducted himself in a courteous and professional manner. Ed promptly identified and resolved the issue, while charging significantly less than our previous service provider whom we had employed for a number of years. As a result, we have decided to change services.
