Gloria M's Cleaning

The quality of the cleaning service was disappointing and fell short of a deep clean. Although our house is cleaned regularly by our housekeeper, we hired Rohan, the owner, and his assistant, Michelle, to perform a thorough cleaning. Unfortunately, they overlooked dust on crown moldings, neglected ceiling fans and cabinets, and poorly cleaned the bathrooms. Even light fixtures had cobwebs. Michelle was combative when we raised concerns about their shoddy work. They refused to move light furniture and left dust under the beds. On top of that, we had to constantly point out debris on the floor. To add to the unsatisfactory service, their old vacuum cleaner was not up to professional standards. Shockingly, they didn't do a walk-through before departing. We paid $275 for a supposed deep clean, which was a total waste of money. I work from home and would have withheld payment had I checked everything first. I tried to reach Rohan thrice after the service, but received no response. Their lack of accountability has prompted me to share this experience and caution others against wasting their time and resources.
