We enlisted his help with the considerable rehabilitation of a Victorian rental property, wherein he deftly replaced severely damaged wood in the siding, trim, deck, veranda, and stairs, among other areas. He carried out these tasks with impressive proficiency, often utilizing Bondo in ingenious ways to replace portions of damaged materials. The rooftop deck and furniture in San Francisco were refinished exceptionally by Tim. His responsiveness and speedy completion of the job surpassed other quotes. The end result was impressive as the Brazilian Ipe wood, notorious for its hardness, looked better than ever. Tim demonstrated great professionalism by using a chemical wash and natural stain to restore the deck to its original warm hues, replacing the previously gray appearance. We are incredibly thankful for Tim and his assistant's incredible work.
