Hi, I'm Alheli. Back in April of 2008, my mother received a diabetes diagnosis that changed her entire diet. Being someone with a passion for cooking, I decided to make an effort in recreating her favorite dishes and treats into something healthier for her to enjoy. In May of the same year, I began experimenting with cakes and pies and turning them into something that diabetics can consume with moderation. My very first cake creation was a cheesecake that was a big hit at her party! Fast forward 12 years, I've developed quite the expertise in making desserts that are diabetes-friendly, including pies, cakes, chocolates, and even marshmallows.

Cheesecakes and marshmallows are available for shipping, while any other items can be delivered within 15 miles with no charge or up to 50 miles for a fee. Pickup is also an option.
