He arrived 45 minutes past the agreed time without giving us a heads up. Upon seeing the task, he claimed it would involve dismantling the cabinet, which was untrue. It remains unclear whether he genuinely believed this or used it as an excuse to avoid the installation, nonetheless, it was disappointing news. Subsequently, another professional completed the job in only 30 minutes.
