The service provided by Kareem was top-notch. When I moved to my new house, my washer was leaking, and I wasn't sure where the problem stemmed from as removing the back of the machine was required. Kareem came over, identified that the hose had a large slit, and informed me of the new hose's cost in case I required his assistance in replacing it. I agreed, and he bought the part and returned to install it. The leak is no more!

Getting my washing machine repaired by Kadeem was the most enjoyable experience I've ever had with a repair service. Amidst the chaos of moving into our new house, the machine broke down completely. Kadeem arrived at our doorstep within 24 hours of the initial request and was extremely professional and pleasant throughout the entire process. Despite his best efforts, the machine was beyond repair, but he even offered to assist in locating a replacement. While I had already found one, I highly recommend his services and would use them again (hopefully far in the future once we're settled in properly). Kadeem, thank you for alleviating my stress!

Although I could only select three categories for this review, I wanted to emphasize Kadeem's punctuality. He arrived 10-15 minutes early, ready to work. Kadeem demonstrated expertise in repairing my furnace and provided valuable troubleshooting tips. He even walked me through the steps I could take in the future if I encountered a similar issue at another property. Initially, I was considering giving a rating of 4-4.5 stars. However, Kadeem's follow-up call a few days later to ensure everything was still operating correctly demonstrated his commitment to his work and customer satisfaction.
