Our residence is far from the typical Idaho home, and Dan expertly supervised all sub-contractors throughout every phase of construction. His availability was unwavering, from early mornings until late evenings, 7 days per week. The intricate details, including bespoke cabinetry, premium flooring, outstanding fireplaces, and distinctive outdoor materials such as teak wood ceilings, ledge stone, and slate, truly set our home apart. Additionally, Dan ensured all utility details were considered, including drainage systems and hot & cold water hoses, ceiling fans, sensor lights, and central vac inside our 3-car garage. The exterior of the property is immaculate, soft as velvet to the touch, while the interior provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
