Hi there, I'm Sam (they/them). As a licensed arborist in Rhode Island (#1194), I specialize in providing ecosystem services such as site evaluation and design. Additionally, I specialize in non-chemical invasive species removal, having experience with bittersweet and Japanese knotweed while prioritizing tree health.As a Rhode Island Certified Coastal Invasive Manager (#386), I take pride in the work that my Queer-owned and operated company does. We don't use commercial herbicides, instead offering pragmatic nontoxic solutions to address weedy problems.
My team and I are also skilled in creating lawn replacements and small meadows, as well as offering design and fine gardening services. If you're looking to plan your yard's future, we'd be thrilled to work with you!

I was introduced to Sam and Astrodime through a trusted acquaintance, and I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of their work. Initially, we hired Sam and his crew to address the issue of a pesky, tree-killing invasion of bittersweet on our 5-acre rural property.
