For almost a year now, I have been leasing from AIM and I must say, their staff and services have been a great help. During the peak of summer, my HVAC unit stopped working and I quickly submitted a maintenance request on their portal. Not long after, AIM notified me that an HVAC company had been scheduled to come out the same week. True to their word, the technician arrived and fixed the issue within an hour! AIM's follow-up message was much appreciated and I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed with everyone at AIM. I highly recommend them to anyone scouting for rental properties they manage.
