The cleaning appointment was initially confirmed for the afternoon of Friday, September 23rd. However, early that morning, I received a cancellation notice from the cleaner due to COVID exposure. We then engaged in some correspondence and agreed on rescheduling for 1 pm on September 28th. Despite confirming the appointment the day before, the cleaner failed to show up at all.
