I won't discredit this young man's work ethic; he's a hard worker. But, as someone who is still relatively inexperienced, he could benefit from more practice. Charging by the hour and spending 45 minutes of that hour on research can be excessive, and it may result in an incomplete or incorrect task. Though I paid him more than $500, he required help from me and the person who runs my storage facility, including assistance in moving furniture. While his willingness to take on any task is a bonus, he is a friendly, respectful individual.
