I favored emails as a means of communication and stayed well-informed about my case for the most part. However, the additional fees were a source of dissatisfaction and I am still struggling to obtain a lien for my car after successfully concluding my chapter 13.

This review is written on behalf of my parents. In short, this firm's communication is terrible. When trying to follow up on matters, I am only told to email the attorney and hope for a response. Despite sending several emails, making multiple calls, and even sending a certified letter, there has been no response for almost two weeks. This situation is ridiculous and completely unacceptable.
