Our business has two main reasons that make us stand out. Firstly, we operate as a "team" of health and wellness professionals. Secondly, our captain, who is a 15 year veteran, figure competitor, athlete, and doctor of physical therapy, has systems and methods that guarantee clients' results.

We have a complete health and wellness staff to help you achieve your goals, including personal trainers, yoga and pilates instructors, massage therapists, and a registered dietitian. Our team consists of the top instructors and trainers in the Chicago-land area, with five trainers holding Master's or Doctorate degrees and our registered dietitian possessing a Master's degree in Nutrition. Additionally, you have access to our physical therapist to address mobility issues, pain, and poor flexibility.

Before starting a training program with us, we offer you a complimentary fitness assessment at your location – whether it is your apartment, office, or home. During the assessment, which typically lasts between 45-60 minutes, we take your baseline measurements such as weight, body fat percentage, and tape measurements. Based on these, we create a customized diet plan for you with our dietitian. After discussing your goals, timelines, and workout plan, we conduct the "fitness test" to evaluate your aerobic endurance, strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Following this graded system, we identify the specific areas which require improvement.

Our goal is to ensure that our clients attain their desired results, and we are happy to help construct programs to target specific body groups by request. Seeing the positive impact of our clients' progress, whether it be getting off medication or reducing back pain, is what we love most about our job.

Diana is an excellent trainer who is both motivational and informative. Achieving results requires hard work and adherence to the diet plan, as expected. Despite being out of shape at 58, I have noticed significant improvement after just 6 sessions with her. The fact that she arrives at my doorstep eliminates any excuses for not working out, as I often find reasons not to go to the gym. Additionally, her pricing for such personalized service is quite reasonable.
