Without a doubt, I am thrilled with the work Luis performed for me! He kept me updated on every step of the process and presented the cost upfront, which was very affordable. Luis renovated my outdated, stained, and water-damaged hardwood flooring and made it look entirely new! Additionally, he installed white baseboards and even placed pieces in the closet as he had extra. On the second day, when Luis visited to apply the second coat of stain and sealer, he asked how things were going. Sadly, Home Depot had deserted their plan to replace my dishwasher because they could not remove the old dishwasher with the taller kitchen flooring. Luis saved the day by eliminating enough of the kitchen flooring to remove the old dishwasher and installed the new one himself. He also noted that the dishwasher was not draining properly and diagnosed the issue to be the previous garbage disposal, which he fixed himself!
