My specialty is in building Collaborative Custom Homes, Additions, and Lodges that cater to your unique requirements and site. While my experience, education, and creativity play a role in influencing my work, I understand that each project is specific to the owner and site, and never a reflection of my ego. As a result, all of my designs are tailored to suit the owner and the project's needs and specifications.To achieve this, I collaborate with owners and create sketches to get a design that meets their requirements. I also use 3D visualization tools that allow us to see the design coming to life through the project's stages. My clients are always happy with the outcome, which is a testament to the fantastic collaborative effort of the entire project from conception to construction.
Currently, I'm licensed in Colorado, Hawaii & Nebraska, and I'm in the process of applying for a license in Washington.

Working with Andrew was a fantastic experience. Our goal was to transform our garage into a versatile area that could be used for a gym, office or storage. Andrew created the plans for our bungalow renovation, which ultimately resulted in our dream home. He introduced us to new possibilities that we hadn't considered, leading to several iterations of the plans. Though the extra work added to the expense, the end result was worth it, as we were able to build a better house than originally envisioned.
