Jennifer is amazing. I experienced an unusual sewer odor emanating from my toilet. Jennifer arrived and displayed exceptional professionalism. She explained the potential source of the odor and recommended that the toilet be removed and reset since the flange may be broken. Her advice turned out to be spot-on as she successfully performed the toilet removal and reset while also replacing the broken flange. As a result, the unpleasant smell has been completely eliminated!
