Every technician I've received from Kindred has been incredibly professional. Today, Jarret provided assistance promptly within the allotted timeframe, and as usual, they sent a text notifying us of their proximity, which I appreciate. However, I was disappointed to be asked to provide a review solely for the purpose of securing a $20 bonus for the service professional. I find it unethical of Kindred to encourage technicians to solicit positive feedback from customers in exchange for a bonus. As a result of this practice, I have deducted one star from my review.
