I brought my trailer in for welding and a tail light repair. The repairman assured me that all the lights were in working order and that the job was complete, so I took my trailer home. However, upon arrival, I discovered that the lights were not functioning at all, so I had to return the trailer to him. To my disappointment, I was charged an additional fee for the repair that should have been done correctly the first time. Additionally, I found out that there was a cut wire, and the repairman charged me more for labor and time on top of the original cost. I reached out to him to inquire about the extra charges, but he never responded, indicating questionable business practices.
