Lisa Sheldon is an E-RYT 200 certified teacher in Integral Yoga Hatha Level 1 and a member of The Yoga Alliance. She also possesses a Masters Degree from Columbia University School of Social Work. By combining her expertise as an MSW with her Hatha Yoga Practice, Lisa empowers others to understand the advantages of creating harmony amongst the body, mind and breath. Hatha Yoga, a comprehensive system, is a highly recommended approach for individuals who want to achieve overall well-being and balance in their lives.One of my passions is working with both individuals and groups to help people of all yoga levels enhance their body's tone and strength. I strive to provide a yoga class experience that culminates in a deep sense of inner peace for all of my students.
