Payment is accepted directly from the client via cash, debit, credit, or checking accounts. If my rate of $200 per session is not within your budget, please seek another coach who fits your needs. If you're experiencing challenges in your professional life such as feeling stuck or lost, lacking motivation, or struggling with work-life balance, working with a life/personal coach can provide a neutral, supportive space for growth. As a coach, I work collaboratively with clients to help them identify goals consistent with their values and vision. Coaching provides a safe and honest dialogue, new perspectives, inspiration, and accountability.
I tailor my coaching services to the unique needs of each client and offer three types of coaching: life coaching, executive coaching, and career coaching. As for me, I have extensive experience in mentorship and management roles in higher education, non-profits, and finance.
