Despite their assurance that they were working on it, they never followed up. As someone who has dealt with a multitude of construction companies over two decades, I have decided that poor communication at the start spells disaster for the entire ordeal. Although they may be skilled in carpentry, their lack of understanding the importance of communication and reliability is unacceptable in the professional world.
