Our experience with Able Chimney Sweeps was thoroughly satisfying. The technician's outstanding professionalism and courtesy were impressive. What set them apart was the technician's use of a camera to inspect the inside of the chimney with my husband monitoring the images in real-time. We had a previous bad experience with a heating company technician who showed us still shots of our furnace damage but failed to provide real-time evidence. This Able tech displayed remarkable transparency and honesty, which left us impressed. We regret not getting his name so we could commend him more specifically. We highly recommend Able Chimney Sweeps and plan to use them again.

Able provided an incredible service! They skillfully removed my old liner and fixed my fireplace, enabling me to have fire within just 2.5 days! This fireplace hadn't been used in more than 50 years. Their communication was excellent, and the staff ensured that my house was left spotless every day. My experience with Able Chimney for the installation of a flue liner was hassle-free. I was provided with clear instructions for the next steps and they were quick to answer any queries that I had. The quality of their work was commendable. However, they accidentally flattened a gutter spout which I managed to fix myself, and there were some broken bricks and mortar that fell inside the fireplace, which they could have cleaned up. Nevertheless, I did not find these issues significant enough to reduce their rating.
