With almost two decades of experience in the legal industry, I am Ashley Matusek - a mediator and owner of Chief Mediation. My passion lies in resolving divorce or custody disputes for families, ensuring that everyone is comfortable with the outcome. In such situations, a third party can make a significant difference by introducing impartiality, leading to a more peaceful resolution. Mediation provides an opportunity for each party to express their views, rather than a courtroom ruling.
I regularly update my skills as a mediator and maintain strong relationships with peers to offer my clients the best service possible. Although I am only licensed to practice in Texas, I can conduct video mediations via Zoom or FaceTime if in-person mediation is unavailable.
