We had a few contractors from different companies come to provide us with an estimate, but Sam particularly impressed us. The damage caused by a water leak affected both our manufactured home and the subfloor of the crawlspace. While the others only peeked in the crawlspace without going under the house, Sam climbed right in to assess the damage up close. That made a big difference for us. He listened well, calmly took measurements and recorded necessary information in his phone. In contrast, another contractor didn't write anything down and missed essential repairs in their estimate. Sam gave us the best impression of all the contractors we had over. Sam's visit was just before the weekend, but he provided us with a written estimate on Monday that included all the repairs we required. His professionalism and thoroughness were unmatched among the contractors we contacted. Thank you, Sam!
