Gary did an exceptional job that exceeded my expectations, and I was utterly satisfied with his work. Gary's workmanship is exceptional. He was hired to install 6 basement windows (3x7ft, 3x6ft) and located them for me within 24 hours, while every other window supplier claimed it would take several months to create custom-built ones. Gary came to my place on a Thursday to deliver his estimate, and by Monday, the stonemasons had arrived to carve the concrete blocks, cementing in the newly installed blocks for additional stability and covering them with mortar. He did an excellent job, and I didn't need to say anything—all was completed correctly. Most teams would abandon your foundation with massive gaps in-between before completing the structural support, Not Gary! Before I knew it, the temporary support system was in place! Using custom-made angle iron picked up locally from a Marietta steelmaker, as seen in the images below, Gary built support beams and installed them by Wednesday. Wood frames were installed by Thursday, setting me up to effortlessly install the windows on Friday night. I'm a seasoned DIY flipper/homeowner, and let me say, this is no simple task, and many wouldn't even consider the job. Gary's service, quality, responsiveness, and value are all top-notch. Affordable Craftsmen is unquestionably worth it.

Gary and his team exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Admittedly, I was initially hesitant to engage CrackerJack's services due to my concerns about finding a trustworthy contractor within my budget that could provide the necessary structural beam replacements in our new home. Unfortunately, we had previously engaged another contractor whose repairs caused additional issues, cost us a significant amount of money, and failed to fully address the original problems. In contrast, Gary stepped in, expertly tackled the original and additional repairs, and charged a competitive rate that was almost half of what we had been quoted elsewhere. I have nothing but the highest level of admiration for his work ethic, skill, and customer service. Without hesitation, I would recommend Gary and his company to anyone in need of such services and will certainly engage him for any future projects. As a Navy family, we're incredibly grateful to have found such an outstanding contractor and only wish we could take him with us to our next home!
