I had never tried meditated yoga before, but my first experience with it was incredibly warm and welcoming. The atmosphere was so comfortable and the people there were so caring and supportive. The serene meditative music helped me to relax and get in the right frame of mind. The challenge of the mental and physical aspects of the practice was balanced out by the kind words and soothing stretches offered by the instructors. I am now a big fan of yoga and highly recommend Spiritual Drunks to anyone seeking a community of like-minded healers. I look forward to returning soon. Namaste 🙏🏾
