I hosted a baby shower and invited Dina to lead a prenatal yoga session. Attendees were diverse in age, ranging from 3 to older individuals. Dina did a fantastic job instructing the movements and creating a friendly atmosphere. The session was a hit and became a hot topic of discussion for the remainder of the evening.

Having Dina as our Pilates instructor was an absolute delight! During a bachelorette spree held at the house, we requested her to join us. Her Pilates class was entertaining and the workout was exceptional! Dina has extensive knowledge of Pilates. We would undoubtedly attend more of her classes. Working with Dina was a delightful experience as she was both fun and accommodating in scheduling. She generously adjusted her schedule to my needs leading up to my due date. The inclusion of both yoga and Pilates in my prenatal workout regimen was a fantastic combination. Dina made sure to switch things up regularly to keep me engaged and avoid monotony. While I would love to work with her again, my baby's unpredictable schedule makes it difficult to plan accordingly. However, I firmly believe that my time with Dina left me with the necessary strength for labor and postpartum recovery. Perhaps we will have the chance to collaborate again in the future.
