Trying to find someone to install two exterior door slabs since August 2018 turned out to be a difficult task. After reaching out to five vendors for quotes, I was met with the discouraging news that it "just can't be done" and that I would have to throw out the new slabs and start over with custom-sized pre-hung doors. The verbal estimates for labor alone were over $900 per door due to the jamb, threshold, storm door, and siding needing to be removed and replaced, not to mention the cost of purchasing new storm doors. It was a complete nightmare! However, my luck changed when I met Mike from JTC Interiors. After visiting my home and inspecting the doors, Mike confidently assured me that the slabs could indeed be installed and provided a reasonable and affordable quote for the job. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, which he was able to complete within days. Mike's "can do" attitude and experienced problem-solving skills were a great asset, especially when dealing with an older house. The doors now look great, fit perfectly, and open and close smoothly. To top it off, Mike left the work area in excellent condition. Overall, I highly recommend Mike to anyone using CrackerJack as well as my neighbors and friends. I am extremely satisfied with the work completed. Michael was consistently punctual and accommodated the painter's schedule to finish installing the door. Jtc Interiors was contracted by us for the purpose of installing exterior doors on our cape. Overall, they did a remarkable job and were trustworthy and reliable. Shortly after the completion of this task, we engaged their services once more to rectify the drywall we had attempted to fix without professional help. They did an exceptional job yet again, proving themselves to be a dependable contractor. We would certainly consider hiring them for future projects.

If it were possible, I would give 6 stars for Mike's work. During my rehabilitation period, I had to wait until my house was safe to return to. Mike single-handedly installed various railings and grab bars that were necessary for my recovery. I was struck with awe when I saw what he had accomplished upon my release from the rehab facility.
