It was an amazing experience! If I could, I would include "value" as one of the top highlights, but the system only allowed me to choose three. Working with Jamie and Matthew was absolutely fantastic. I was in a tough spot since I needed some work done on my business books, and my deadline was rapidly approaching. However, they saved the day! Prior to approaching GoFigure Bookkeeping, I considered a few other companies, but they were going to charge me a rate that was too high for what I needed. Although I acknowledge that it's important to be paid fairly for any work, their rates seemed unreasonable. Thankfully, GoFigure Bookkeeping provided me with a more realistic quote and took into account the timeline I needed assistance with (which was two quarters of the year). Once I responded to their follow-up questions and various information requests, they worked efficiently to reconcile everything as soon as possible.
