Kurt, the technician, was thorough in resolving our problem. He eliminated several potential causes, including a part that he replaced, but did not charge us for when it proved unnecessary. Kurt persisted until he identified the actual issue, which was a blockage in the condensate, albeit not where we initially suspected. Instead of making assumptions, he employed effective problem-solving techniques. His priority was achieving the correct outcome, rather than a speedy resolution, and he accomplished exactly what we needed.

We have utilized their services twice, firstly for the replacement of our water heater/AC, and secondly to maintain our furnaces as we prepared to sell our property. I highly recommend them as they have competently completed both tasks at a reasonable price.
