I received a call from Mitch inquiring about the reason behind my rating of two stars. However, he never rendered any services for me and also failed to show up for two scheduled appointments. Upon calling him directly, he claimed to have no knowledge of it.

Mitch and his team are highly skilled, diligent and responsive to their clients. After assessing the details of the task at hand, Mitch submitted a highly precise proposal which he later reinforced by personally reviewing the job site and confirming the final pricing details. Throughout the multi-day project of removing the entire tree, Mitch kept in close contact to notify me of the progress and timing of each stage. The team successfully eliminated the majority of the tree on Friday and left the premises spotless. In fact, even the driveway appeared cleaner than it was before they arrived! Presently, the trunk of the tree remains standing and will be removed on Monday. The stump is planned to be ground within 10 days. Overall, I am incredibly pleased with the services of TN Tree Preservation and highly recommend them to others.
