Jill's Movers provided an excellent experience! Upon receiving my inquiry, Jill promptly responded and scheduled a visit to my home for an estimate. The estimate was reasonable, and Jill worked with me to keep within my budget. On the day of the move, the team arrived on time and was professional and courteous. Drew, the lead mover, conducted a walkthrough to identify what needed to be moved and devised a plan to ensure the safe loading of my belongings, including my ATV. The team kept me informed throughout the process, answering any questions I had. After the loading was completed, we conducted a final walkthrough to ensure everything was accounted for. The movers carefully transported my belongings to my new home, where they unloaded, reassembled, and placed everything exactly where I wanted it. I am impressed with the top-notch service provided and would not hesitate to recommend Jill's Movers to others. Thank you, Jill!

At 8:58, I received a call stating that the team would depart from their office by 9. Upon their timely arrival at my location, no supervision was necessary. The team displayed exceptional professionalism and courtesy despite the rainy weather which made the backyard slippery. In only two hours, they completed the move seamlessly. To my delight, I was solely required to pay the quoted amount without any additional taxes or concealed fees. I am confident in my decision to work with them again.

I had a fantastic experience collaborating with Jillsmovers. The team we worked with exceeded our expectations and handled our items with great care. We encountered an issue with connecting our refrigerator, but they returned and persisted until it was fully resolved. They are truly wonderful people!

I highly recommend Jillsmovers! I enlisted their services to relocate my one bedroom apartment to a storage unit. They handled my furniture with precision and were incredibly quick! Despite being tardy, starting at 11:00 am rather than the scheduled 9:00 am, I would still encourage others to give this company a try. Overall, I would rate them 4 out of 5 stars.
