AAFY Performance and Therapy was established with the well-being of my patients and athletes as my top priority. My aim was to create a business approach that prioritizes their wants and needs, over insurance or traditional PT models. To ensure the delivery of superior healthcare, I have invested extensively in education, national board certification, and other avenues. In this structure, I am always available for private, personalized sessions that can run up to an hour, specifically designed to address your individual requirements. We cater to everyone, including those who are new to fitness, have undergone surgery, or are returning to high-performance activities. Our team possesses the proficiency, knowledge, and empathy necessary to design a plan that will alleviate your distress and push you to your peak potential.
