This helps us avoid duplicate fees on our end. Unlike some real estate and media companies, I do not outsource my photo editing to South East Asia to cut costs. All of my clients' photos receive my undivided attention and are 100% processed by me. While I may not be the cheapest option, my prices reflect the amount of work and equipment needed to achieve optimal results for each room, including flash gears for interior spaces that ensure natural lighting. This, in turn, allows for a fast delivery time, even offering same-day if necessary.
With a background in architectural lighting design, I have been working as an architectural, interior, and real estate photographer since 2014. My services have expanded over time to include corporate headshots, aerial photography, real estate videography, and 360 virtual tours with Matterport/Zillow3D Home. I prioritize natural-looking, well-lit photos that are not over-processed. Virtual staging is also available, at an additional cost per image.
