Arriving promptly, Don and his assistant performed a superb cleaning of all windows, both inside and out. Their conduct was highly professional and courteous.

Nobody is faultless, but how you manage consumers when they're upset will determine your business. They originally put in a 3-star effort. But upon my request, they re-checked everything. Any other business would have become angry or worse. However, Don and his team responded by apologizing for their oversights and redid the work. Throughout the whole process, they were consistently pleasant to my staff and me. Their handling of the situation was so impressive that I plan on giving them additional business.
