The dinner experience prepared by Chef Sat was described by our guests as "brilliant"! Chef Sat was incredibly professional, prompt, and a joy to work with from the initial inquiry until the conclusion of our event. Our private home dinner for 12 on 9/23/2022 was a delight, as Chef Sat shared each menu item paired with exquisite wine selections. The savory flavors were absolutely unforgettable, and our guests were thrilled with each appetizer, entree, and dessert. We are extremely grateful and satisfied with Chef Sat's services, and we would certainly hire him again without hesitation!

The bachelorette party that my sister had in Napa was an unforgettable experience thanks to Chef Sat who provided us with a fantastic meal for 11 guests. I cannot emphasize enough how great the evening turned out to be because of him. Leading up to the event, the chef was very responsive and collaborated with us to create a personalized menu with three main course options. He also spent approximately 7-8 hours in our home, preparing a four-course meal that consisted of appetizers, salad, main courses with sides, and a homemade dessert. Despite our slow stove top, Chef Sat was able to create exquisite appetizers, such as the impressive blue crab cake and mushroom trio that were full of flavors. The salad was also amazing as the roasted golden beets complemented the goat cheese medallions, which were topped with his special green goddess dressing that he was kind enough to share the recipe for. Each main course was generous in size and uniquely sided, with sesame ahi tuna, sumac scallops, and flower halibut being among our favorites. Even the homemade dessert, a gooey chocolate soufflé, which I usually do not enjoy, was divine. Chef Sat was not only an amazing chef, but also personable and kind. His pricing was reasonable and he even left our kitchen spotless, and arranged the leftovers for storage in the fridge. I would definitely recommend him for future events and would happily hire him again. The photos of the scrumptious meal do not do it justice. Thank you Chef Sat for a remarkable experience!

For my wife's 75th birthday dinner, we decided to hire a personal chef for the first time. Due to COVID, we kept the celebration limited to immediate family members and a dinner for nine. Chef Sat helped us develop the menu and exceeded all of our expectations with his execution. The presentation was superb and the flavors were exceptional! Chef Sat also impressed us with his personable nature; he explained each course in a friendly and enlightening manner. Even our two 11-year-old grandkids enjoyed the delicious meal. Most importantly, my wife was thrilled with the experience. Without a doubt, we would hire Chef Sat again!

For a girls' retreat in Sonoma, Chef Sat created an absolutely delectable brunch. His flavors were exceptional, and working together on the menu was both enjoyable and effortless. I adored it and would highly recommend it.
