The day following our submission on CrackerJack, Josh arrived and spent an hour identifying and fixing a minor issue we had with our drafty door that was prone to leaking. After shaving it down, the door now sits firmly in its frame and no longer poses significant air leak problems, especially during Colorado's chilly winter. In addition, he assisted us by deepening the door strike hole, which not only ensures the correct functioning of the deadbolt but also facilitates the installation of a smart door lock. It was a pleasure collaborating with him.
