Upon requesting an HVAC diagnosis, they promptly replied and scheduled an appointment. However, during the visit, the technician's attention was largely devoted to a phone conversation in a language not understandable to the tenant. Upon completing the assessment, I received an invoice more than twice the original diagnosis fee, purportedly due to a refrigerant recharge to repair a leak. The invoice did not provide any measurement readings, making it difficult to verify the recharge. Additionally, the cooling system had no issues prior to the recharge. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the charges since my initial concern was electrical in nature, with no discussion of refrigerant problems. Although the operator agreed to only charge me the diagnosis fee, they informed me that the technician would return to withdraw the refrigerant they added. I found their behavior unprofessional and would not recommend their services.
