Ken excelled at taking my table idea and rough draft and transforming it into a stunning reality. During the process, he demonstrated a genuine interest in my project and asked insightful questions while also providing professional opinions on what would be most effective. Throughout the building process, Ken remained transparent and kept me updated with photos and progress reports to ensure my satisfaction. He delivered the finished product to my house with a polite and professional demeanor. After several days, he followed up with me to confirm satisfaction and even offered to fix a slight corner damage even though it was not required of him. Overall, Ken exceeded my expectations with his experience, professionalism, and exceptional service. The final product is a beautiful work of art that I'm excited to show off.
